Coolers are best placed in the head of the distiller, will about 20 cm from the top in the rectification column. Vapors in the head are regulated 1/2 inch valve. We have valves at our auctions. It's best to use valve with full passage.
The cooler is designed to cool the distillate, 380 allows us to accurately measure the concentration of alcohol in the distillate.
