DIstillery yeast TURBO SUPERJAST T3 17% - is a special strain of yeast consisting of #281; from nutrient solution, yeast, vitamins and trace elements.

Specially created preparation of two types of fermentation:

• up to 15% in 3 days, 6 kg of sugar

• up to 17% in 5 days, 7 kg of sugar

Manual :

6 kg of sugar gives 15% in 3 days, 7 kg of sugar gives 17% in 5 days. dissolving choseną quantityść sugar in 22 liters of water. To the set temperature of approx. 20-25 degrees Celsius, add contentść yeast bags and mix well for approx. 1 min. Fermentationć at temp. 20 & 8211; 25 degrees Celsius.
