Wine yeast Bayanus – portion for 25 & 8211; 50 liters of wine.
Before adding to the batch, the yeast must be activated in 100 ml of warm, approx. 30 degrees C water with a pinch of sugar.
Stirć and set asideć for 20 minutes. After this time addć for wine.
Alcohol tolerance up to 16%, optimal fermentation temperature 20-25 degrees C.
