Yeast for fermentation of starch, sugar and fruit batches without mashing.
DIstillery Yeast Koji for grain starch of fruit without mashing Thanks to the mixture used, the yeast ferments sugar contained in flours or finely ground cereals without mashing.
Working time from 7 to 30 days (depending on 380;weight from the raw material used). The starch mixture should be mixed several times a day in the first days of operation.
Instruction: one packet per 6-8 kg of flour, sugar ;tości 26l. Yeast can "clean" into larger settings. In the first days of fermentation, the settings should be stirred several times.
ATTENTION! Adjust firmly; foam. Doesn't closeć tightly in the first days. When the fermentation is calm down please close vessel under the tubeą fermentation ingredients.
