Active yeast SpiritFerm Turbo FRUIT - specially selected and highly alcoholizing alcohol up to 18% yeast intended for fermentation of fruit batches , aimed at enhancing the aromas of fruits used in fermentation.
The kit contains a dose of enzymes that facilitate fermentation fruit. Packaging for 25 liters of fruit infusion. The optimum fermentation temperature is 20-27*C, at a temperature of 25*C - 8211; fermentation time 4-6 days.
Keep in mind that the setting temperature should not exceed 35*C.
